Organization Description:
Centre for Youth Empowerment and Civic Education (CYECE) is a Non-profit, Non-Governmental Organization that was established and registered under the Trustees Incorporation Act of 1962. It is a membership organization where young people as individuals and youth groups register as members.

CYECE was established and registered in 1997. Since then, CYECE has been undertaking a number of programs to meet the needs of young people and children in Malawi in the areas of sexual and reproductive health and child rights. Our main key focus areas are;

This is the angle that CYECE would like to take part through an integrated approached with other diseases.

CYECE plans to engage young people with knowledge and information on TB and its linkages to HIV and AIDS. Much as TB is not good news and that its linked to HIV, most youths do not have health seeking behaviours where they can be tested and get treatment at early levels. CYECE is of the view that ensur
