2020 The Year in Review for TB REACH

TB REACH grantees work to fight TB while combating COVID-19, and a sneak peek into what is next!

Geneva, Switzerland, 22 December 2020 -  2020 has been a challenging year for everyone, and the Stop TB Partnership’s TB REACH family of grantees was no exception.  As the world battled the COVID-19 pandemic, our grantees had to react quickly with innovative ways to continue fighting to end TB amidst never-before-seen restrictions and lockdowns. We could not be prouder of the work that TB REACH has accomplished this year.

We hope you will enjoy our video highlighting our most memorable moments in 2020 with our grantees telling you about their work in their own words.

A new opportunity for funding in early 2021!

TB REACH is delighted to share the news that the TB REACH Wave 9 Call for Proposals will launch in January 2021 with funding support from the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and will focus on drug-resistant TB (DR-TB).  With this call for proposals, TB REACH aims to reduce initial or pre-treatment loss to follow up for people with DR-TB, expand access to all-oral treatment regimens, and improve treatment outcomes.

Stay tuned to the Stop TB Partnership's website and social media pages for more information on Wave 9.

We wish you all a Happy New Year, and we hope you are as excited as we are to meet again in 2021!

Yours
TB REACH Team
