Strengthen Country-level Partnerships

The Stop TB Partnership has consistently demonstrated steadfast support for country-level partnership platforms dedicated to achieving the Global Plan to End TB. By fostering the formation of voluntary alliances and working groups, the Stop TB Partnership has successfully mobilised a wide range of stakeholders — including public sector actors, civil society, TB survivors, journalists, celebrities, and the private sector—all united in the mission to end TB.

Supporting 18 grants in Ukraine, Cambodia, Nigeria, Indonesia, Tajikistan, Pakistan, Kazakhstan, Ghana, Uganda, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Cameroon, Mozambique, Zimbabwe, Kenya, Tanzania, Zambia, Ethiopia, and Malawi further underscores our commitment to advancing advocacy, coordination, and partnership initiatives at national and sub-national levels. The Stop TB Partnership provides critical grants, technical assistance, and facilitation, ensuring the operationalisation of strategic priorities while promoting innovation, multisectoral collaboration, and increased resource mobilisation. 

Country-level platforms have made remarkable progress in key areas such as the development of multisectoral action plans for TB, resource mobilization, and engaging non-traditional actors like TB champions, journalists, and celebrities. Their unified efforts embody a comprehensive and impactful approach to the fight against TB, with the Stop TB Partnership playing a key role in supporting and facilitating these endeavours.
