OneImpact is a community-led digital solution developed by the Stop TB Partnership to empower people affected by TB and local communities by improving access to information, real-time reporting of challenges, and social accountability in the TB response. OneImpact key features are:

  • Access to information – provides user-friendly, real-time TB information to affected communities, including details about TB symptoms, access and quality of TB prevention, diagnosis, treatment, care and support.

  • Community-led monitoring (CLM) – allows people affected by TB to report challenges and barriers (e.g., stigma, lack of access to services, discrimination, or stock-outs of TB medicines). These reports help identify systemic gaps and trigger action at the local, national, and global levels.

  • Data-driven advocacy & accountability – aggregated, real-time data from OneImpact supports civil society organisations, TB survivors, and affected communities in advocating for policy changes, improved TB services, and stronger health system accountability.

  • Strengthening linkages to care & support – the platform connects TB-affected individuals with essential health and social support services, improving treatment adherence and overall well-being.

OneImpact is being implemented in multiple countries, where it is strengthening community engagement, monitoring, and advocacy to accelerate progress toward ending TB. OneImpact also:

  • Empowers communities to play an active role in the TB response.

  • Enhances transparency and social accountability in health systems.

  • Supports real-time problem-solving for people facing barriers to TB care.

  • Generates evidence-based advocacy for policy changes and resource mobilisation.
