TB REACH seeks technical partner to provide M&E for Wave 10 projects

Deadline: 1 June 2022, 17:00 CEST (Geneva time)

28 April 2022 I Geneva, Switzerland -- Stop TB Partnership’s TB REACH initiative seeks a technical partner to assist with monitoring & evaluation (M&E) activities for the upcoming TB REACH Wave 10 focused on TB preventive treatment (TPT) uptake and Integrated service delivery for TB and other diseases/conditions with a broader aim of health systems strengthening.

Since its creation in 2010, each TB REACH-funded project has been monitored and evaluated by an independent team of M&E reviewers on behalf of the TB REACH/Stop TB Partnership. While these projects are not designed to be research studies, many of them are presenting and/or publishing their findings.

The technical partner is expected to provide the following key services:

  1. Design the new M&E framework for Wave 10;
  2. Deliver M&E activities to the Wave 10 grantees (baseline validation, data review, and analysis); and
  3. Manage and maintain the database that contains information about all TB REACH projects. Applicants should have a strong background in providing similar M&E services in health programs (preferably in TB) and a solid experience in desk research and related qualitative and quantitative data collection methods.

The M&E call for proposal application site is available here and will be open until 1 June 2022, at 17:00 CEST (Geneva time). For more information on M&E ToRs, click here. For more information on TB REACH Wave 10, click here.
