Dr Moorine Penninah Sekadde is a pediatrician with additional training in public health and > 15 years of experience in clinical care, capacity building, research, design and implementation of public health interventions in public and private settings. Her focus area is the prevention and management of TB in children and adolescents including aspects of integration within RMNCAH. She has successfully coordinated the Uganda child and adolescent TB response for the past eight years. She is a core team member on the WHO child and adolescent TB technical work group since 2020; a past WHO STAG TB member  (2020-2023); member on scientific & advisory committees; and a published researcher. Her career goal is to contribute to the national, regional and global provision and scale-up of quality people-centered care using an integrated and data-driven approach.
