18 February, 2020 Geneva, Switzerland - The Stop TB Partnership’s innovative funding arm, TB REACH, seeks candidates to join its Proposal Review Committee (PRC) to evaluate proposals focused on engaging the private sector in delivering TB care services.
The deadline for PRC applications is 10 March 2020.
The private sector has a strong influence on how healthcare is delivered in many high TB burden countries, yet, engaging private providers in TB care remains a challenge. The upcoming Wave 8 of TB REACH funding will create and promote sustainable models for private health care providers to find and treat people with TB.
The candidates should have a strong background in private provider engagement across multiple areas, including TB case detection, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), pediatric TB, mHealth/ICT, TB diagnostics and radiography, laboratory systems, community engagement, organizational capacity development, and other disease areas (e.g., HIV/AIDS).
